North Shore Medical Center, a Steward Family Hospital, Names Thomas (Tom) Dunning as Hospital President

MIAMI, FL  -  North Shore Medical Center, a Steward Family Hospital, announced that Thomas (Tom) Dunning has been named as North Shore Medical Center President.

Tom has a broad range of experience and skills. With over 24 years of progressive health care experience, Tom has demonstrated exceptional operational results, an entrepreneurial acumen, programmatic development success, physician relationship skills, and community involvement. Tom has worked in small and large markets and is no stranger to Florida.

Prior to joining North Shore Medical Center, Tom has been leading a surgical hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and in Plano, Texas.  Previous to his surgical hospital roles, Tom was the CEO of Trinity Regional Hospital in Sachse, Texas and the CEO of Paris Lakes Medical Center in Paris, Texas. Tom has been in leadership roles throughout his career, but he began his healthcare career in Fisherman’s Hospital in Marathon, Florida and was the Chief Operating Officer at Highlands Regional Medical Center in Sebring, Florida.
